Dayton 2019 Comprehensive Plan Project

Please join us for a workshop to develop a blueprint for a regionwide non-motorized trail and transportation network! 

In an unprecedented regional effort, local cities, counties, health departments, transportation and resource agencies, and many other stakeholders have joined forces with the National Park Service to develop a trails plan that will span all local jurisdictions in Columbia and Walla Walla counties and northeastern Umatilla County. The planning team needs your help!

Share your ideas on connection and destinations at one of the identical workshops, which will be held from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm:

*January 30th: Dayton Best Western, 507 E. Main Street
*January 31st: Walla Walla County Fairgrounds Community Building, 363 Orchard Street
*February 1st: Milton-Freewater Community Building, 109 NE 5th Street
*February 2nd: Burbank Columbia Middle School Commons, 755 Maple Street 

Childcare, Spanish translation, and refreshments will be provided.

This regional effort will be referenced in the update of the Dayton Comprehensive Plan, specifically the Land Use, Transportation and Parks Elements.
