Prosser Domestic Water Supply Improvements Funding ($1.99 million loan from WSDOH) 4/17/2013 The City of Prosser has been selected to receive a $1,999,800 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) low interest loan from the Washington State Department of Health. The loan provides for the construction of a new disinfection system and two new filters at the water treatment plant, and backup power supplies for Well No. 4B and Well No. 6 (the City’s two largest water supply sources). Project design is in the final stages and construction is anticipated later in 2013.
