Update from Mike Johnson

- Original low bidder for Project could not obtain required bonding so Town awarded construction contract to second low bidder (BC Balmelli Trucking).
- Contract, bonds and insurance should be in place early next week.
- Construction is anticipated to begin between July 21 and July 28 and be completed by mid-September.
