Construction Begins July 2017 7/13/2017 Construction is scheduled to begin the week of July 17, 2017. Construction will take approximately 4 months to complete. The contract has been awarded to Quiggs Brothers Construction of Aberdeen, Washington. Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
