Original low bidder for Project could not obtain required bonding so Town awarded construction contract to second low bidder (BC Balmelli Trucking).Contract, bonds and insurance should be in place early next week.Construction is anticipated to begin between July 21 and July 28 and be completed by mid-September.

Construction contract has been awarded to Justice Trucking & Backhoe Services at the June 3, 2014 Town Council meeting.Contract negotiations and review are presently underway.Construction is anticipated to start late-June to early-July.

Shoreline permit has been approved. 21-day comment period is in process.Waiting on County to process building permit and critical area permit.On schedule to go out to bid in April, 2014.

Permit applications have been submitted and are now waiting on permits. Will go out to bid in next couple of months for summer construction.

Preliminary design plans have been prepared.Application for required Shoreline Permit has been submitted.On track to bid the project Spring 2014 and construct Summer 2014.

We have complete our updatedtopographic survey and geotechnical work. SEPA will be submitted and processed in the next two weeks. JARPA should be submitted by the first week of December. We are still on track to construct next year.
