RCW 34.05.328 (6) tasks ORIA with creating a report that documents the effects of RCW 34.05.328 on the regulatory system of the state. ORIA has developed a web tool, called the Interactive RCW 34.05.328 Reporting Tool, to facilitate submission of information required for RCW 34.05.328 (6) by partner agencies and stakeholders to ORIA; making reporting easier and more convenient.
