SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) Issued  (Comments accepted until March 10, 2023)  2/23/2023

On February 23, 2023, the County issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on the proposed amendments. The threshold determination means that the County has determined that the proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment, and that an environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file.
