Update from Carol Ruiz 10/18/2016 Update (Carol Ruiz, Gibbs & Olson): "The schedule is about a month behind as we received a Notice to Proceed about a month behind schedule. We are in the modeling stages and preliminary report preparation of the project. We have requested verification from the City of prior drainage patterns of the drainage area and are awaiting this information. However, we are proceeding with the modeling and report, and hope to have a preliminary report to submit to the City for review the first week of November."
