3/23/2023 Aberdeen - Hoquiam issue Press Release on Senate Capital Budget 3/23/2023 The Cities of Aberdeen and Hoquiam issued a joint Press Release today thanking the Senate for including $18.5 million in the 23-25 Capital Budget for the Aberdeen-Hoquiam Flood Protection Project. Next step is for the House to release its Capital Budget on March 27 for a vote the following day. After the House passes its Capital Budget, the two budgets will go to a Conference Committee to combine the budgets into a single 23-25 Capital Budget that must be passed by both the House and the Senate before moving to the Governor for signiture.
