Governor Inslee Signs Capital Budget (including $35.5 million for Aberdeen-Hoquiam Flood Protection Project) 5/24/2023 Funding has been provided as a pass thru grant to match federal funing for the Aberdeen - Hoquiam Flood Protection Project, North Shore Levee and North Shore Levee - West segments. The Legislature intends to provide funds in the amount of $35.5 million over the course of the 2023-25 and 2025-27 fiscal biennia.
