QUADCO is unique in that unlike other RTPO/MPOs, it does not hire a full-time administrative staff. Each of the four member Counties serves a four-year term on a rotating basis performing the Lead Agency and Management duties for the organization.
Kittitas County Department of Public Works is presently fulfilling the lead agency role and duties. They will serve as the lead agency from July 2021 to June 2025. Lincoln County will assume the lead agency role and duties from July 2025 to June 2029.
